Applebee`s in Albuquerque

I enjoy going to this restaurant. I like the food, service was good and I will be going back.

Me and my husbands favorite spot plus they have a 2 for 30 deal with a good selection.

Food and drinks were good service outside alittle slow

Patio sitting was great, but we did not receive one drink refill nor were our orders complete.

I wish I would of got the waitresses name she was so amazing. She was nice to our kids and interacted with through out our dinner, never a empty drink. If I go back I'll be looking for her.plus our food was delicious.

You get a good meal w/a salad your protein and you car!

Applebees's has a great Togo system! Fast efficient, Hot Food, and friendly service! I would have put a photo, but I was hungry! Great job Applebees on San Mateo!

Great place to go to. Commercial vehicles can go to first street light from San Mateo on Academy and make a right turn to park. I had a great, perfectly cooked steak here as always. The mac and cheese is awesome as well as the service. Can't go wrong with this place.

Me and the family went to eat here the food was great and my kids enjoyed it the waiter was very friendly!

Our waitress, was more occupied by a table she was previously waiting on, only because they were leaving. Nearly walking away while taking our order. I ordered the wonton chicken, had requested sauce on the side. My boyfriend orders the chicken tender "basket", she didn't bother to ask what kind of dipping sauce. Our meal comes, sauce was put on my order. They bring my boyfriend the platter. Got ranch dipping sauce, which was obviously waitresses choice. 😂 Our order was brought out by the manager, I believe. We told her our concerns, which didn't phase her at all. She made us feel like it was our fault, when we requested options to the sauce. Throughout our dining. Only once our waitress checked in asking if we we're okay. Only asked for refills and didn't want to bother her with anything else. Aside from that, we felt very uneasy. Physical language of the face and body, gave out weird vibes. If we ever go back to a Applebee's, it'll be at a different location.

I'm seriously a regular here, the 1$ margaritas are pretty good for a dollar and the wings are better with a dash of Tabasco. Overall it's always a quick and cheap pick for lunch or dinner. Or even the brewtus with extra limes!

Our waiter, Seth, was great serving our big group that came in for a late night meal and drinks. I ordered the combo appetizer and it was delicious. Place is clean and service is fast.

Eating here during Covid was a Fail! Service was slow, tables were dirty, & the smell from the trash kept hitting us. They could put some cheap table covers down, or the two servers that were there could have tended to the four tables that were occupied a little sooner

Women's bathroom water was scolding hot to the point my girlfriend 4 year old couldn't wash her hands. And there was cockroaches in there too.

Good side of town and right off the highway . Large patio and staff is very attentive. And always good deals on drinks

Horrible from the minute I was "greeted" at the front door. I ordered water and steak with potatoes and green beans. She forgot my water. The person who brought my food noticed that my drink wasn't delivered. The green beans were the worst I've ever had. The steak was so tough and chewy, couldn't eat it and the mashed potatoes just needed salt and pepper, I ate those. When she brought my ticket I mentioned how bad the food was. She spoke with a manager and came back saying I didn't have to pay. Great! However, I do think that the manager should have come over to speak with me. NEVER AGAIN! This place needs new cooks and better training for the employees, beginning with that gal that seats you.

Food is always good ,the combo spring rolls are Awesome

The food was amazing. San Mateo Applebee's is really good. They were under staffed today but we still received great service from our server. We'll be back

The staff is always being accommodating and courteous but has gotten extremely better. The food :....well it's Applebee's so you get what you get! It's a good hangout spot for a nightcap With Friends

Place was dirty. Bar was not wiped down. Took her about 5 minutes to acknowledge us, but she took our order right away. It would have been nice to say "be right with you..." We got a couple of drinks, and at no time did she ask if we wanted a menu or food.

Out door dining. Plenty of food on the ground. Need to clean the area better.

The experience and service we received was beyond my families expectation. The staff and management were some of the best we have seen at this location. From the bar to the kitchen to service staff to management. We are very impressed with the improvements that you have made. Thanks Applebee's for make our day!

Bad costumer service and the beer are to hot worst Applebee’s ever

Really hot inside. Felt uncomfortable even with short sleeves! Food was okay, but plating wasn't very appealing.

Wasn't seated or greeted . Employees busy watching the NBA game. Sat ourselves. Then was told to move. So we just left because we didn't feel welcomed. Never coming to this location again.

Good food.. But took some time to be greeted for more then 5 minutes the sad part it wasn't busy at that time..

Bartender Alicia does a great job of letting you know your family at Applebees!

Decent service and food was a good value

Dinner was awesome! Food was cooked to satisfaction. And waitress was very helpful and efficient. Brought everything to me when requested. Nice experience! Thank you!

Our waiter was really on point and willing to fix anything we had a problem with. The beer was fantastic and service so good.

Applebee's is a great place to eat at. They have a variety of items that you could choose from for lunch or dinner. The wait staff and bartenders are very professional. Every time I go there I enjoy myself. I will always go back for lunch or dinner.

My steak is ALWAYS and i mean always cooked perfectly!!! Yum yum

Place was almost empty, still took over 40 minutes to bring our food, my medium rare sirloin steak was well done, waited another 15 minutes for the second steak, yep, also well done, tried to get the attention of a waiter and she ignored me, she wasn't 8' from me, looking straight at me!!! The managers didn't even said sorry, just "I'll take the food out of your bill", I will never come back to this place, the only person ashamed and been helpful was my waiter, try the Chinese place next door, at least they serve your work a smile.

Nice and clean stuff very friendly

The lady working in the bar used her dirty hands to grab olives out of the jar to give to a customer who asked for some extra olives. Then she continued to walk around, clean the bar top, walked around the restaurant some more, looked at a ticket & then grabbed some lemons with her dirty hands & gave them to a customer.😷

Baby back ribs are the way to go. Love em!

The food and service are good but not amazing. Decent value for the money.

90% of the time that I order from this Apple Bees using Uber Eats, they get my order wrong. Today was no different. Not only did they add EXTRA of what I specifically asked to leave out, my order wasn't even started until my Uber Eats driver was there. So it's late and made wrong. Terrible service. No accountability unless we're there to babysit the people that work there. Don't recommend.

Had a good experience in this spot with my kids. The food came fast and the customer service is just excellent. Prices are fair.

Great wait staff, clean dining area, nicely cooked Applebee's food.

Will not go back, it took the waiter 20 to bring an ice tea, tables were dirty and filthy. Waitresses were walk around with bad attitudes on Christmas Night..

Bartender Lydia is great. She is attentive and provides great customer service. My boyfriend and I really enjoy going when she is there. The food is also good for a reasonable price.

To go order, 2 for 20 deal, steak was cooked perfectly, delicious., mash potatoes was tasty, baked potatoe was a tad undercooked, 4 minutes in microwave, appetizer of cheese sticks was good.
